About us

Sanderson's Fine Furniture and Joinery is a family run business established in 1991 by Nigel Sanderson: Nigel is the fifth generation of cabinet maker.

All products produced at Sanderson’s are manufactured by hand in our workshops. We take pride in manufacturing high quality, traditionally made furniture and joinery products to customers’ individual specifications.  

As everything is made in our workshops, we are able to manufacture our products to customer’s personal designs, whilst providing ideas and advice to ensure you have the perfect product to meet your requirements.

At Sanderson's we use a wide range of top quality prime hardwoods that includes oak, mahogany, walnut, ash, cherry, sycamore, elm, etc. If there is a specific timber you would like for your product that is not a problem as we are able to source most timbers.

We also undertake all types of restoration work, antique and modern and we take personal care to ensure each piece is restored to its original construction and finish. At Sanderson’s we use traditional and modern polishing techniques from French polish to lacquer finishes.
