Glass and Glazing

At Sanderson’s we are able to supply different types of glass to suit your requirements.

We can supply:

Single pieces of glass in various thickness, shapes and sizes.

Double or triple glazed sealed units used in PVC-U and timber windows – with/without internal glazing bars, choice of argon, krypton, xenon filled, warm edge space bar, Low-E coating, self cleaning glass.

Low sight line double glazed units (heritage glass) used when completing conservation projects and timber windows.  Double Glazed Units use a combination of a 4mm clear outer pane with a choice of cavities of either, 3.9mm, 4.8 mm or 6.4mm using a warm edge super spacer bar – choice of argon, krypton, xenon filled.

Leadwork glass used in single, double or triple glazed units.

Obscure patterned glass used in single, double or triple glazed units – available in a number of patterns and different privacy rating.

Splashbacks used in kitchens, bathroom etc – either clear, coloured or a digitally printed design.

Laminated glass used when there is a possibility of human safety, security risk or where the glass could fall if shattered – either clear, white, crackled or coloured.

Sandblasted glass used as decorative or for privacy – etched frosted effect.

Mirror glass in all shapes and designs – either bevelled or polished edges

Glass can also be toughened, bevelled, polished, sandblasted with images and have radius corners, internal cut outs for sockets and drill holes for fixing.
